What is your shipping policy?
We ship all packages for free via
UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states, and USPS to AK and
HI. Orders usually ship out within 3 business days.
Because our products are handmade by artisans in Europe,
some pieces may not be immediately available. We will contact you
in the event of a delay.
Standard shipping is free within the
U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges
will apply to international orders as well as orders
shipping to AA, AE, or AP addresses, and any territory
outside the continental U.S. For any of these areas, please
contact
us for a quote before purchasing.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with
your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason,
you may return or exchange the merchandise within 14
days of your receipt, with no additional
shipping or restocking fees. August Living
will arrange for return shipping within the U.S.
Prior to returning the
merchandise, contact us for a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will then
provide you with detailed instructions.
Please note that, due to the nature of
pewter crafting methods, it is part of the normal character
of pewter products to have minor imperfections and
variations.
Do you collect sales taxes for
online purchases?
We do not collect sales taxes for
online purchases, except 8.5% in California.
